Instruction Overview and Learning Objectives
The instruction provided is purposefully designed for high school students to focus on their personal development and determine how best to intelligently and emotionally confront life’s challenges in order to find fulfillment and prosper. Admittedly, adolescence is a period when teenagers are attempting to understand themselves and find direction, who during this time can benefit from sound advice to help them seize opportunities while navigate through difficult moments encountered both in and outside of the classroom. The overarching objectives of the training are to strengthen student knowledge, thoughtful reasoning, and communication skills on a range of areas, while develop confidence in both who they are and their abilities, along with guidance how to ethically and responsibly conduct themselves to become productive members of society.

Training Material and Teaching Methodology
The information taught will be delivered in an informative and interactive manner, aided by the use of slides and relevant video clips, along with articles and hand-outs summarizing key learning points. Students are expected to actively engage in classroom discussions and deliver informative presentations when called for.
